100 card challenge

I've challenged myself to make 100 cards this week. So far I've managed over 50! Here are the cards I finished last night & I'm back to making them this morning. I will put together a video when I have them all finished so you can see them all together. I think I will do some videos on making the cards also. I'm off to charge my camera & warm up for some serious card making!

I've been on a creative high tonite. I was so lazy all day & accomplished NOTHING!! It was great. Now tonite when I should be going to bed I'm drawing up a storm of atc's. There are a few cutsy ones & a bunch of cute zombies ready for Halloween.

twilight swap due date extended

hello everyone!
Life has been crazy & it has made it hard for everyone to get their swap cards done for the last two swaps. The elephant swap was a flop because everyone dropped out & the twilight swap only has a few players. So I've decided to extend the due date for it until October 31. This gives us all another month to get our cards together & mailed & hopefully recruit a few more players. Remember collage is perfect for this swap so surf the net for some cool movie stills & get creative. There does need to be some hand drawn elements to the cards. Get creative with backgrounds & borders & anything else you would like to add. Please do your best work & don't just cut out a photo & glue it down & call it done. Get creative & have fun :) Please message me if you have questions or anything & I will do my best to help!

art journal supply video

Happy Thursday everyone! my big plans of doing some art journal pages to share with you fell through today because I got a wild hair & made 2 videos showing my favorite art journaling supplies. I've had tons of messages & emails requesting a supply list so I thought I better just make a video! I rambled on a bit & covered lots of supplies so I had to divide the video up into two videos to upload on youtube. They are now uploaded & ready for viewing. Hope you enjoy & if I skipped something or you have questions just let me know. I'm happy to share whatever I can :)

I'm sorry I haven't posted for awhile. I don't know what's going on with me. Can't sleep at night & it's catching up with me. I'm useless all day!
I have posted a few new videos on youtube this week.....henna art, haunted art journal & possiblilty art journal. I also got a wild hair this last weekend & decided to make my own art journal. I love my moleskine but I have this problem where I think I can always make everything on my own when really you can purchase a perfectly good journal for less money than I spent making one. yeh......it's an illness!
So, I made the MOTHER of all art journals it's almost 3" thick with super thick pages. now that it is finished I'm all hot & bothered to do art in it but realized why journals don't usually come this big.......get into the middle of the book & the pages on both sides don't like to lay flat very well. So I'm going to have to be creative & sweet talk it a little bit when I get into those middle pages & get them to lay down. LOL! I'm making a video of it tonite & will let you all know when it is posted to youtube. Have a wonderful night & don't forget..... Make art & live happy!!!
