playing with glitter & Twinkling H2O watercolors

I've been having so much fun doing some messy glittery art.
These are all on 4x4 thick stretched canvas. I created the backgrounds with pretty pattern papers and paint. I used copic markers, golden fluid acrylics and pencils to paint the girls.
The I used LOTS of fairy dust fine glitter, crushed glass glitter & shaved ice glitter.
There has been glitter all over me & the floor for days. I don't think I will ever get rid of all of it! LOL

I've been playing with my Twinkling H2O watercolor paints lately.
They are so pretty & sparkly! I have lots of colors but still want more! Love them :)
Each of these are artist trading cards

  1. I absolutely love your work and have been a fan since you were on Suzi Blu's boards with me a few years ago. I would love to know how you get the faces of the girls so translucent on the canvases. Do you paint them separately and then adhere to the painting? I would love to take a class from you if you ever decide to do them online. Thanks Ruth
